NEWMARKET CLOSES $1 BILLION FOR FOURTH SRT FUND

Market Leader in Specialized Lending, Infrastructure, and Productive Assets

PHILADELPHIA, PA – October 31, 2025 – Newmarket, the Philadelphia-based investment management firm specializing in structured credit solutions, today announced the final close of its fourth commingled fund and associated investment vehicles in its market-leading SRT strategy. With more than $1 billion in commitments, Newmarket received strong support from many institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and insurance companies.

Fund IV continues Newmarket’s focus on investments that fuel the real economy, supported by the team’s expertise in infrastructure, real estate, and corporate finance. Over the course of the last decade, Newmarket has invested in more than $15 billion of energy assets and more than $10 billion in data centers, digital infrastructure, and transportation. Newmarket investments are structured to stimulate increased bank lending while providing investors with access to high-quality, essential borrowers.
